Hello!! My friend (Iggy) & I (Riley) live in a 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment together. We’ve been living here for 3.5 years now with our other roomie. They recently moved away, so we are looking for someone to fill the room! Earliest move in date is 3/23/2026 & latest move in date is 5/01/2026 preferably.

Bedroom: (14x11 feet) largest room in the apartment. Only bedroom photos included in ad are of your room. To move in, you'll need to pay a total of $2,200 ($1100 security deposit and first month's rent). The rent will be pro-rated depending on when you move in. Bedroom has a good sized closet with storage shelves. Room can fit a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, and other items. Nice big window. Plus Utilities each month (internet & electric) split evenly between the 3 of us. Full sized bed frame can stay if wanted.

Apartment: rent stabilized 3 bedroom/1 bathroom. Nice building. Intercom. AC/heat via dual wall unit in each room. Furniture outside of your room can be brought along depending on amount/size. We welcome wall items, decor, storage and kitchen items. Building has a roof with amazing sunset views. The lease ends in September, so a lease takeover at the point is possible as well!

Area: 4 minute walk to L/M Myrtle-Wyckoff
Station + a Huge 24/7 grocery store & laundromats around the corner. Tons of great restaurants, bars, and parks in the area. We are in Ridgewood, but right on the border of Bushwick, so you get the best of both worlds.

About the Roomies: Both of us are big on communication and ensuring our home is our safe place. We love hanging out whenever we are both home - whether watching a movie, playing a board game, or just chilling on the couch doing our own activities. Always down to go out together as well. Queer household: Iggy (24 y. o./ LGBTQIA+) is a Student at Hunter College, works part time, & does Drag as well. Riley (27 y. o./ woman) works as a nanny full time. We both love doing hobbies such as dancing, painting, sewing, writing, drawing, DIY projects. friendly!

Pets: no more cats allowed - sorry! We have 3 cats (Milkway, Jupiter, & Zella) - 1 who is Iggy's & 2 who are Riley's. All are our adopted (previously foster) cats. We scoop the litter boxes everyday multiple times and take care of all of their needs. It is important to us both that our place is clean and smells good. Our roomie who is moving out absolutely adores them.

You: are a good communicator, and big on roommate synergy. Must also like cats/ not be allergic. LGBTQIA+ member or ally. You like to do your part to keep the apartment clean. We do a laid back chore chart here since we aren't going to nag each other.
