1 Room for Rent in Renovated Ridgewood Apartment

Couple dudes here around 30 years old with a room available in our 3 bedroom apartment. We looking for someone cleanly to sign a lease for a room in Ridgewood, Queens - only a 5 minute walk away from Myrtle-Wyckoff MTA train station, and not far from the Jackie Robinson Parkway. Move in date is August 1st, 2025.

Our apartment has a private backyard and laundry/dryer in building with basement access. The apartment is furnished and there is a large basement perfect for storage and making music. Currently we have some music equipment set up as well as shelving for storage. There are 3 cats.

You’ll need to submit an application and a guarantor will probably be necessary. They will likely require bank statements, documentation of rent payments, references, etc.
