About Us:
We are a family with traditional values living in a 4-bedroom apartment in Ridgewood. Our household includes me, my husband (we are in our 40s), and our 19-year-old son.

- Location: Just one block from the subway and surrounded by great eats, cafés, supermarkets, laundromat, and local favorites like Valentinos, Rolo’s, Pierogi Boys, Bakeri, and Topos—all within a 10-minute stroll.

The Apartment: Clean, calm, and well-kept. We’ve loved this home for years and keep it spotless. Shared spaces (especially the bathroom) are cleaned on a rotating schedule.

House Rules: No smoking, vaping, pets, visitors, or overnight guests. Respect, cleanliness, and consideration are key.

The Room: Cozy and furnished (fits a twin bed, desk, and rack)—ideal for one tidy person. Can be cleared if you prefer your own furniture.

You: Quiet, responsible, communicative, reliable, honest, clean, and rarely home—someone who values a peaceful, well-kept space.
