I'm looking for a new roommate for an April 1st move-in!
3rd/top floor in a walk-up. The open bedroom is in the back of the apartment, so there is minimal street noise and access to the fire escape and roof. Lovely morning sun! A Queen bed can fit, but the room is slightly better suited for a Full bed if you also want to comfortably fit a dresser and desk.
The living room is furnished, minus the dining table/chairs and pictures on the wall. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could want, *except* for a dishwasher, Instant Pot, Crock Pot, and Air Fryer.
Utilities:
Central Air and Heat; we pay Electric (~$25/month in spring/fall, ~$50-60/month in summer, ~$35/month in winter) and Wifi ($35/month). Laundry is a block and a half away. Grocery store is 3 blocks away.
COVID:
Complete COVID Vaccination and Booster required, as I work with children too young to be vaccinated.

I enjoy cooking and baking and am happy to share! Advanced warning and apologies that you may come home to me photographing my latest Trader Joe's haul or baked good.
I don't have a set cleaning schedule, and I'm not perfectly pristine 24/7, but I do like a functional home space. My robo vac, Millie, is the best 2020 quarantine purchase I made!
