The available bedroom is on the second floor and connected to another large room which can be used as an office or studio space. The second floor would be entirely your space.
On the main floor is the bathroom, kitchen, living room & dining room. There is a communal backyard with a fire pit and bbq. I live on the bottom floor with my dog Whisky, who is small & 7 years old.
Utilities are roughly 100-130 a month depending on the season (A/C costs) and includes Verizon wifi, ConEd & National Grid. Rent is due by the 1st of every month. No security deposit needed.
We are closest to the Dekalb L Stop and the Seneca M Stop, there is alternate side parking on the block if you have a car.
