Your Bedroom!!

Hey! My roomie has moved in with his girlfriend, and I need a new roommate in my beautiful 2-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment. It has its own private backyard that's accessible through the basement! I love grilling out there! (I’ve been living here since May 2020 — pics are obviously from pre move-in. Currents pics coming!)

Your bedroom is on the complete opposite side of the apartment from mine for maximum privacy! It comes furnished with desk, 2 shelves, and queen size bed (although I can remove these if you prefer). You have your own PRIVATE entrance through a separate door from the hallway straight into your room. Beautiful double doors separate your room from the spacious living room.

I have one handsome kitty named Buddy, and would prefer to keep it to just him for pets in the apartment (the landlord has already agreed to 2 adults and 1 cat!). :)

*the basement is just a few steps below street level for easy bike entry/exit!
Backyard! - Accessible through my bedroom, and you will have your own access to the backyard through the basement! I keep my doorway open a crack for Buddy to wander, but enjoy my privacy when home.
