Large Bedroom in Ridegwood Apartment

We're looking for someone to fill a soon-to-be-vacant room in our cozy 3 BR apartment, starting August 1st. Room is roughly 8.5 x 13.5 ft with the closet is 3.5 x 2 x 6 ft. and private backyard access. The room is unfurnished. However, the apartment has appliances and everything in the kitchen is for communal use. The apartment is on the ground floor and there are only 3 other apartments in the building. Apartment is located in the slowly booming Ridgewood art community with restaurants, supermarkets, laundromats and some galleries and music venues.

- Central AC, Large fridge, Microwave, and lots of small appliances for communal use.
- Code locks (Don't need keys!)

It's a 2 block walk to the Seneca M! Or an 8 min walk to Myrtle/Wyckoff M/L station. From either its about a 35m train to Manhattan.

We are looking for a roommate who is respectful of communal spaces and is generally easygoing like the rest of us here. One of us is a student, and the other is a professional sound engineer. We mostly keep to ourselves, rarely using the common areas except when cooking.

The room is $850 a month, not including utilities (gas, electricity, internet), which would be an additional 60/65 a month. You will need to sign the lease and put down a security deposit. The building accepts many forms of guarantee.
