This arrangement is ideal for a working professional or student who spends much of the day at work, school, or otherwise out and about.

* Clean up after yourself and wash your own dishes.
* Help with taking out the trash.
* Be proactive about cleaning shared spaces, including the kitchen and bathroom, when needed.
* Occasional overnight guests may be accommodated by arrangement.
* Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
* Absolutely no pets. Our landlord strictly enforces this policy.
