The room is available for ONE person. The apartment is SHARED with me! (Shared bathroom and kitchen.)

Your room is LARGE: 11’ x 14’, plus a deep, 3 ft. sq., cedar closet. (That’s 170 ft. sq. just for your private quarters!) Your room is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: full-sized bed with bedding and brand new, memory foam mattress, dresser, and office desk with chair. Recently, professionally cleaned carpet. High speed Internet.

The kitchen is shared and is equipped as well. Shared bathroom with tub.

I am: the permanent resident here, and the steward of this household, meaning: I made this place nice for you so you can have an easy and pleasant temporary stay. The neighborhood is a lovely, safe, residential neighborhood. Abundant green space and public recreational facilities: the aptly named Forest Park plus sports fields and courts, public golf course just a short walk away. Short bus ride to Rockaway Beach and good surfing.

Well connected: 5 minutes walk to subway (J train 104th Street). Three stops from the LIRR Jamaica station and JFK Airtrain,11 minute bike ride to LIRR Kew Gardens station. Ten minute walk to express bus to Bryant Park.
