We live in a doorman building in a three bedroom, two bath apartment in Queens, NYC, considered the most ethnically diverse county in the world. Our building has several elevators and a laundry room. And it is literally a 3minute walk to the MTA subway train, a comfortable 25min ride to Midtown Manhattan. By the way, there is a 24-hour CVS pharmacy right outside our local station entrance, super convenient whether you are on your way to work or coming home!

The neighborhood is extremely safe and everything is within short walking distance. There are all kinds of excellent restaurants and authentic cuisine, not to mention loads of shopping nearby including several malls, Costco, Bestbuy, Macy’s, Burlington, Marshalls, Target, Aldi’s, etc.

Looking for a non-smoker, no pets, no guests, long-term, regular working hours, proof of employment and income.

Over the years we have been very fortunate to have had wonderful people from all over the world stay with us and some even for many years. We hope you can feel as welcome as they have, because when you are happy, so are we! 🙂
