A comfortable, move-in-ready room is open in my two-bedroom apartment in Rego Park, one short block from the R train. (2- 3-minute walk)

The apartment has two full bathrooms. I use the one next to my bedroom, so the other one — right next to this room — is yours to use.

About the room

The room is genuinely large. It has comfortable space for the full bed plus additional furniture — a second bed, a desk, a dresser, a small table — and still room to move around freely. The room comes furnished, but the furniture is flexible. If you'd prefer a different arrangement, we can work that out before you move in. I have additional items available and am happy to adjust to suit you.

Getting around

My location is about 24 minutes from Midtown on a normal day. Several bus lines are also within easy walking distance. Queens Centre Mall is one subway stop. A supermarket, schools, and plenty of restaurants are all nearby.

Ideal tenant: Clean, quiet, and responsible. Must be punctual with rent payments. Light cooking preferred. A clean and tidy lifestyle is a must.

The terms

Rent: from $1,800 per month
Internet included; gas and electric shared
Security deposit: one month's rent
A short written room agreement, plain language, no surprises

To move in: A valid photo ID, first month's rent plus one month's security deposit required. Proof of income and ability to pay must be provided. No additional furniture permitted.
