Hi everyone! I’m Andrew. My roommate is moving out and I’m looking for two roommates to join my lease renewal in Rego Park. Possibility to rent both rooms at a discount if you need a home office!

• 12 minutes to Laguardia, 20-25 min to JFK. Great for airline professionals!

• 25 min to Midtown/Times Square with no transfers. Great for those in the arts or Broadway!

• The first space is a very large studio-sized room (living room conversion). I’m adding doors to the already private room. $1,400 + utilities

• The second space is a bedroom that comfortably fits a queen bed. $1,150 + utilities (also great for home office!)

You will be living with me, my very sweet dog, and possibly another roommate. My dog will not have access to your space, and he spends most of his time in my room. He is deaf, so he is not reactive to noise and rarely barks.

Move in for the small room is ASAP. The large room will be available for April move in.
