~ROOM: Bedroom is semi furnished as pictured- feel free to communicate with me what you’d like to keep and what you'd like to get rid of. Apartment is fully furnished. 2nd floor of a house with a private room, shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Rooftop deck!

~LOCATION: 10 minute walk to R/M trains and shopping centers. 2 stops from Austin St, Forest Hills. 2 min walk to Q98, Q88 that will get you to Flushing Main St. and Queens College in 20 mins. Safe, quiet, accessible neighborhood.

~UTILITIES: Heat included. Other utilities are split between the 2 bedrooms (avg. 70/month- less in winter).

~ROOMMATE: I’m a 29 year old female. I work afternoons-early evenings as a caretaker and substitute teacher. I love making music (keeps noise to a minimum and is courteous of roommate), reading, watching movies, and gardening; I’m clean, usually keep to myself and am welcoming! i understand living with a stranger is weird at first, but hopefully I provide a homey atmosphere for you to make it your home also. I have 2 cats who are friendly and playful. I clean regularly.
