We are searching for a roommate for a 6/15 lease.

We're looking to fill one room in a huge 4bd house.

This large room will be $1350. Heat, gas and hot water are INCLUDED. Electricity is split and comes out about $100 for your share in winter/fall and $120 in summer (AC)/months.

Your room has it's own private half bath.

Landlord takes care of landscaping and grass cutting.

There are no alternate side parking and there are some spots in the driveway as well so parking is never an issue. Washer and dryer are in the house and have no charge for use.

Currently us 3 roommates have pretty busy schedules, travel a decent amount, and would love to have a cheerful, easy going like mind roomate.
