About the room-
Hi everyone! I?m looking for a subletter to stay in my GIANT room with a WALK IN CLOSET and EN SUITE PRIVATE BATHROOM (the room is studio size) from October 15th or 31st- Mid Januarary or End of January (we can discuss that in more detail). This space is truly perfect and has 3 large windows (with a lot of natural sunlight). My room will come completely furnished with a queen bed, 2 new nightstands, AC (already installed), powerful fan, closet mirror, and a TV with Chrome cast. I also have a huge brand new dresser in an unopened box that I can sell to you for a small price if interested. The private bathroom is also furnished. There is enough room to add a desk, vanity, and yoga mat (for at home workouts. I can also leave mine for you). This space is perfect for someone who is working from home.
The living space/ roommates-
I have 2 roommates who are very clean, and are looking for someone that will also keep this space very very clean. The apartment is a newly renovated unit with all new stainless steel appliances (so we are the first tenants to live here). We have a huge furnished kitchen, living room, and patio which we like to clean daily.
The building/ location-
The building has a gym, 2 laundry rooms, and a lounge right in the basement. We also have a 24 hour doorman. We are about a 6-minute walk to the EMR train, which reaches Manhattan in just 15-20 minutes! It is a 2-minute walk to the grocery store, CVS, multiple salons, restaurants, and shops, and is a 9-10 min walk to the Queens Center Mall, Cheesecake Factory, Olive Garden, Chipotle, Panera, Costco and much more! This neighborhood is also one of the SAFEST neighborhoods in Queens.

security deposit (which will be returned to you at the end of your sublease).
