You will have your own large bedroom (13' x 9') and your own full bathroom. You will be sharing the apartment with only 1 other person, a single male from Spain, who occupies the other large bedroom. The 3rd smaller bedroom is used as a storage room which you will also be able to use for storage. Shared living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a balcony in the living room and a washer/dryer in the basement. Very quiet street(66th Ave between Alderton st and Woodhaven Blvd) in a very nice area, very easy street parking at all times (no alternate side parking regulations in this area). Close to E, F, R, M trains (67th Ave & 71st Ave-Forest Hills stations), Q11 & Q21 buses on Woodhaven Blvd, and Q23 bus on Yellowstone Blvd.

Your share of the rent will be $1300 monthly, all utilities included. Looking for a NON-SMOKING, CLEAN individual (no couples) --NO DRUGS--. You should have a good job with verifiable income and references. One month security deposit required.
