Completely furnished spacious room with a TV, fridge, microwave, electric fireplace and window AC. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included. The bathroom might be shared by one other person, but for now, there is no one else. We, the owners, a man and a woman, live in the basement level giving you a great amount of privacy. The room is on the top floor of a beautiful colonial home, extremely quiet and peaceful, ideal for a hard working professional.
7-Eleven, a supermarket, an Urgent Care and restaurants around the corner.
Buses near by and a 10 minutes walk to the Long Island Railroad station, reach Penn Station in a half an hour.
Background check and proof of employment will be required.
