The house has 4 bedrooms. The neighborhood is nice and quite with the Cross Island 3 min drive from the house. There are buses and LIRR that's about a 7 minute walk. The room is located on the 3 floor. It is fully furnished with Queen size, night stand, bureau, desk. There is a kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room, living room with 75 in TV, 1 full bathroom and a powdered bathroom to be shared. We also have a beautiful 25x25 deck furnished and driveway which can fit 4-5 cars. All utilities are included wifi, electricity, gas and water. There is also security in the home.
