[THE POTENTIAL ROOMMATE]
-Someone that is super friendly, mature, maintains privacy, non-problematic, respects house rules, VERY TIDY, and pays their bills with no issues
-Female preferred but ad open to all (Couples OK - $750)
-No smoking, drug-use, heavy drinking, violence, or illegal activity allowed (Sorry, not "420" friendly either)
-No partying, events, or gatherings of any kind allowed on premises
-Income/Employment must be verifiable

[RENT & LIVING CONDITIONS]
-The rental space is a clean, private bedroom. Furnished with a queen-size bed/mattress, small dresser, small closet. There is NO TV.
-Facilities are all SHARED (shared kitchen & bathroom) (which means cleanliness is an absolute must)
-Rent is $600: First month's rent plus $600 security deposit required to hold room; (Couples OK - $750 monthly plus $750 deposit); Utilities are included except for cable/phone
-SHORT-TERM rent (approximately 6 months) is only available at this time
-There is a medium sized dog in the house; No one (including guests/roommates) has ever had any problems with the dog nor does he disturb anyone in the household. Barks when there is an "intruder" approaching the house. Sorry, NO other pets allowed

-The house is located in Queens Village, 11429
-Q77, Q83, and Q2 are within short walking distance from the house (5 minutes and under); N24 is a 10 minute walking distance
-Closest subway is the F train which is 15 minutes away by bus
-LIRR (Long Island Railroad) is a 25-30 minute walk
-Manhattan is a 30 minute drive or more, depending on traffic, and is 47 minutes away by the F train
-JFK: about 15 minutes away; LaGuardia Airport: about 20 minutes away;
-Southern State Pkwy, Northern State, Cross Island Pkwy, Grand Central, Horace Harding Expressway, Clearview Expressway (I-295)--all nearby and about 8 minutes away if driving
-Street parking often available, even during late hours.
-Local supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance from home -Laundromat/dry cleaning services available within walking distance
