Hi, my name is Brian. I am 30yrs old, part time student, working professional. I’m currently seeking a roommate to fill a room in my apartment. The ideal candidate is someone courteous, kind, who needs a clean positive space to rest, reset, recharge, and do what they have to do.

The apartment is located on a main ave with 420 smoke shops, Chinese food, Dominican, Indian food, and dry cleaning+laundry. We’re in the middle of the A and J lines. On the Q8 route and 20 minutes from the LIRR Jamaica station. There is plenty of street parking in the area.

Utilities: WiFi + Gas + Electric are included. (Summer months incur a A/C fee of $50 per month *May-September*)
