Female roommate wanted in Ozone Park, large room

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to fill a vacant room in my 2 bedroom apartment in Ozone Park.

My name is Melanie, I’m 23 years old, and I work in early childhood education. I’m a quiet, tidy, chill person that’s respectful of shared spaces. I love to cook so you’ll see me in the kitchen a lot but I am NOT a hog. Please don’t hesitate to grab something from the kitchen if I’m there, and I’ll probably take that as a cue to hurry up lol.

This apartment is a 10 minute walk to the Rockaway Boulevard station on the A train and a 5 minute walk to the Q53, Q52, and Q11 buses. Which gives you access to Queens Center Mall, Forest Park, and Rockaway Beach.

The room you’ll be staying in is medium sized with a window overlooking woodhaven boulevard. You will have a decent sized closet in your room as well as a closet in the hallway.

The bathroom is a bit small but will only be shared between 2 people and we can rotate cleaning schedules once a week.

There is a shared laundry facility at $25 a month and we do split rent and gas but I don’t believe it will be higher than $100 a month.
