prefer any age any gender long as responsible, private, clean. must love animals. I like LOUD MUSIC when cleaning not all the time. will/can be considerate to others.
I'm 50 years of age i have a 12 year old daughter, spends weekends and non school days with me. I keep to myself, i work hard and plan to work even harder as to not be as home at all only to sleep & relax & most likely clean house when given chance. I'd like someone clean after themselves, not make me more of a mess, maybe possible walk the dog if you got a minute but not necessary. my properties is work & family. looking for someone who is professional considerate of others, respectful & responsible. not to mention keep to themselves (private). if female let it be known I'm not a perve and will respect your privacy, i keep to myself in my own room & can lock door for your privacy.
