We live in a 3 bedroom house in Ozone Park, with a spacious living room, a nice kitchen and balcony. You will be sharing a bathroom with my current roommate, and the bedroom itself is fully furnished. Utilities are not included, and are split evenly every month. We are walking distance from multiple laundry mats, and the A and J train along with multiple bus options. We are looking for someone who can move in by February 1st at the latest, preferably a woman, is okay with a cat, is kind, and has a stable source of income.
