The current roommate has the other side of the apartment and all of the living room. She is super chill and occupies the 3rd bedroom and has her own private bathroom.

This house is a 2 family located on a tree lined street with good sunshine exposure. Close to transportation and food markets and the laundry is just around the corner. There is limited street parking if you also have a vehicle. The pictures show a full size bed and dresser but the room will be delivered empty.
The bed in the picture is almost brand new, queen size and if you need a bed, you can have it for $350.
The kitchen area is shared space and it’s a beautiful kitchen with bright white cabinets and decor on the walls. There is a counter area to sit and eat and you can also warm up a meal or beverage to eat.
All utilities included like heat and electric and hot water. If you want your own secure Wi-Fi in your room, the provider is Spectrum for Internet service. No overnight guests are allowed but you are allowed to have a friend or family member over to visit.
Location is very close to Howard Beach and JFK Airport and the A train service and Q8 bus. Food shopping is also close by and several take out places nearby.
You will need 1 month rent, 1 month security plus a credit check will be required plus proof of income and good references.
