About Us:
You'll be living with two easy-going, quiet, considerate, friendly roommates. We are a couple of Grad Students who are rarely home. 1 goes to NYU and the other goes to the New School. Gender does not matter to us.

Rent is $800. 00 total.
Utilities Included.

You will live in your own private room, it?s very spacious and can fit a king size bed. The bathroom is shared with one roommate, as one of the rooms has it?s own bathroom. You will also have common use to kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave.

Transportation: 5 blocks to the A train, 1 block to the Q8 and Q24 bus.
Apartment is 35-40 minutes from Manhattan and 10-15 minutes from both JFK and LaGuardia Airport.

This is a diverse neighborhood with eateries, supermarket (PathMark: 3 blocks from apt) Laundromat (1block from apt.) and the park (1. 5 blocks).

We would prefer a polite, responsible, reasonably neat, considerate, quiet and friendly male or female of any race. Employed or student, as long as you are able to pay your share of rent on time.

All renters must participate in bi-weekly communal cleaning duties.

Non-smoker, No Pets and Absolutely NO DRUGS

First and last months rent is required for move-in.
