Hi, I will have an open room available expected move in by December 2025///January 2026. My Bestie who I lived with before is moving on to the next chapter in her life! So if you know anyone in NEW YORK looking for an apartment/Roomie. Please share! I’ll put out there I’m use to flight attendants & their unusual hours. So no worries. Full size bedroom. Spacious apartment lots of natural light. It’s in a quiet family neighborhood , great area of Queens- near public transit, grocery stores & airports. 1 year is preferred. Both our names on lease. Don’t want to toot my own horn but I’m awesome, fun, & welcoming & I rather not have to do this hunt again in less than a year. PLEASE BE KIND, CLEAN & RESPECTFUL. WiFi & Electric are separate. Other utilities are included. Cats are okay- Dogs I’ll have to check in w/ landlord. You’ll need to meet the landlord for (vibe check) approval & be ready to sign & have cash/check ready. I’m willing to show you apartment either in person or on FaceTime. Just know my schedule is tight but I’ll do my best! Feel free to ask any questions!
