Rent is $665, util (heat, gas, electric, cable, internet) $117 = $782/mon. Security deposit is 1 ½ months costs = $1,173.

Apt vibe is easy going,. Has dishwasher, dining room, living room, and honest landlord. Chinese, Japanese, deli, pizza, pharmacies, groceries, laundromat/dry cleaner, 3 bus lines all w/in a few blocks. Subway walkable but bus to train is almost door-to-door. Woodhaven stop on R/M at Queens Center (Macy’s, JCPenny, Sephora, Shake Shack, etc.). Target and Rego Park mall (BBB, TJMaxx, Marshall’s, Ikea, Costco, health food store, ethnic markets) nearby and on bus route. N’hood is quiet, safe, and has trees.

We are pretty quiet, extremely respectful of each other’s privacy, and responsible. We don’t smoke, aren’t serious partiers/drinkers (but we are alive). You are too.
