Hi! We're looking for a 3rd roommate to take one of the bedroom in our Apt. Located in Maspeth Ny 11378 from Dec 10, 2022 onwards - ideally long term if necessary. It will be a SHARED kitchen and bathroom with a decent size closet.
About the apt:
The apartment is in the basement of the house. We have a large clean common space, a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, central heating and AC, and a clean bathroom. The building is well maintained, and the landlord is very responsive and quick to fix any issues. Utility free and wifi
About us:
We're looking for a fun and respectful clean female. My grandmother is in her 60s and I am in my 20s. We both work and are away most of the time. We're a pretty quiet household, sometimes we chill and eat food and play and watch movies together and guests come over but not too often. We're ideally looking for someone who doesn't have too many people in common areas, and is very mindful about keeping a clean space.
About the area:
We're on the corner of Q18 which is a 4 mins walk. From the bus stop it is 16 mins ride to the 7 train or 31 mins to walk to the train. Q47 (7 mins walk) to 74 Roosevelt Train Station. There are a few more buses nearby too, like the Q58 and Q59 to Grand ave subway station.
Groceries are about 10 mins walk to Stop&Shop, CityMd and some stores. Laundry is 7 mins walk from the house. Street parking is available !
