I have 1 (one) spacious and cozy bedroom available for rent, in my 2BR apt. The neighborhood is chill, there's a laundry place up the block and also a bus stop right in front. L, M and G train not too far away.

*Not fully furnished but it does have a Queen size bed with a box spring. Heat and water included. Internet and utilities NOT included.

I love this location. I’m 10 min from Williamsburg, BK, 15 min from LGA and approximately 25 min from JFK.

Looking for another female to share the apartment with. I’m a professional in my mid 30s, non-smoker, respectful, organized, clean, big on communication and polite. Would love to share the space with someone with similar characteristics.
