LIC Sublet - November Only

Hi, I need to leave early for family reasons and need a male tenant to take my room in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in LIC for November ONLY. This is a 1 month sublet ideal for someone between apartments, jobs, or simply looking for a place to stay for November. The address is 41-23 29th Street Long Island City, NY 11101. It is a very small and humble home but it is right next to multiple subway stops.

Sublet terms: 1 furnished private room in a 2b1b apartment within 1 male roommate

Length: 1 month (November 1-30)

Rent: $1050 plus utilities (no more than $150)

Security deposit: $1000 (returned upon move-out)

Nearest subway stops: Queens Plaza (E, F, R) is a 2-5min walk; Queensboro Plaza (N, W, 7) is a 3-4 min walk

Tenant: preferably male with a job or degree in progress

PLEASE NOTE: I am posting this on behalf of my roommate to whom you would pay rent. You would pay me the security deposit, and in doing so, the $1000 security deposit on the lease would become yours upon move out. You would still remain off the lease as a subtenant, since my roommate is the only one officially on the lease.

Other details:
Sadly, there is no chair in the room but the table, bed, beddings, and other furnishing will remain for your stay. You’re free to add a chair, of course.
This is not the most luxurious sublet - you can see that the window in the living room is on the ceiling - but for the price and commute, the place is decent. My roommate is very chill and respectful and we ask the same for the replacement tenant.
