Astoria/LIC Room Avail in 2 bed 1 bath

Hello! I’m looking for a subletter for my 2 bed, 1 bath unfurnished second floor apartment from Oct. 1st-April 30th. Rent would be $1700. The apartment is located off the Steinway Street stop off the M/R in Astoria/ LIC, so a quick 25 minute ride into the city!

The apartment comes with a dish washer and a washer and dryer. The neighborhood is safe with TONS of great food options. There’s a Food Bazaar and an H Mart right down the street, along with a bodega directly under the apartment.

You’d be sharing a space with one roommate, a woman in her 30s, who has no pets. She’s an interior designer that works in office 4 days a week, so this would be great for someone who wfh or goes into the office. The roommate mostly keeps to herself and keeps the space clean. She would prefer someone woman presenting to be her new roommate.

Cats are welcomed! The apartment isn’t huge, so this also would work for someone without a lot of things.

Submitter must make 40X the rent and have 700+ credit to move in. Landlord references are always appreciated. You’ll apply through the landlord once the application process starts. One month’s rent plus $1700 security deposit needed to move in.
