Looking for someone to sign onto the new lease for a 2-bedroom, with an October 1st move-in. The lease process is very straightforward and easy, happy to go over the details if you’re interested!

The apartment is in Astoria, about an 8-minute walk from Steinway St and 6 minutes from 36th St, plus only a 5-minute walk from the Museum of the Moving Image. There are tons of restaurants, bars, and places to eat around Steinway, so there’s plenty to do nearby. You’d be taking over my old bedroom, and rent is $1,100/month.

I do have a sweet 9 year old cat named Raja, and I’d potentially be open to another cat on a case-by-case basis since mine has lived with other cats before!

A little about me: I’m friendly and LGBTQ-friendly and would love to live with someone who’s similarly chill and open-minded. In my free time I’m usually gallery hopping (I’m in Chelsea or Chinatown at least once a week!), painting, sculpting, taking random classes, or trying out new food spots around the city. I’m also a big movie lover and always down for a good movie night with roommates
