Available as early as October 1st, 2026 (can also do end of September depending on circumstances)

This is a lease take over that ends May 2027. This is a private bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with 1 female roommate)

You’d be living with two other working professionals:

- Roommate 1: 27F who works overnight shifts at a hospital and shares the bathroom with this bedroom. She is friendly and respectful of shared spaces.
- Roommate 2: 27F who works long shifts at a hospital and in the master bedroom. He is LGBTQIA+ friendly and respectful of shared spaces.

Housemates are chill roommates and generally keep to themselves.

Looking for a respectful, working professional woman in her mid to late 20s who is LGBTQIA+ friendly, clean, respectful. Building management asks for $20 application fee and 1st month of rent for security deposit.
