Roommate Wanted — TF Cornerstone LIC Waterfront | <$2,000 | Sept 10 | 1-Year Lease

Hi everyone! I’m looking for one roommate to sign a 1-year lease with me starting around September 10 at TF Cornerstone, 4545 Center Blvd, Long Island City, right by Gantry Plaza State Park.

The building is in a great waterfront location with beautiful East River / Manhattan views, and the neighborhood is really nice and convenient. The 7 train is nearby, just one stop into Manhattan, and the commute to Bryant Park / Midtown is around 10 minutes.

Rent would be under $2,000 per person per month.

A little about me: I’m a clean, easygoing guy, proactive about keeping shared spaces tidy, and generally quiet at night. I’m looking for someone with similar living habits who is respectful and easy to live with.
