Requirements (straight from management, so no surprises):

Annual income of at least 40x the monthly rent ($160k individual or combined)
Credit score of 700+. Under 700, you can use a guarantor (income of 80x rent) or a third-party service like TheGuarantors
One month security deposit ($4,000)
Documents: 3 months of bank statements, proof of income (employment letter + last 3 paystubs), and front/back of ID
