We’re looking for a female roommate to join our cozy 4-bedroom apartment in Long Island City, right on the Astoria border!
Available: August 1
Rent: $675/month
Utilities & internet are split evenly among the 4 roommates.

The Apartment
Second-floor walk-up
Small shared living/common area
Conveniently located near the N/W at 39th Ave, with Queensboro Plaza and Queens Plaza also within walking distance
Laundry one block away
Grocery store two avenues away, plus several nearby delis (Trader Joe’s is about a 20-minute walk)

The Room
Approximately 7’ × 13’. It doesn’t have a built-in closet or overhead light, but there’s plenty of space to add shelving, a wardrobe, dresser, and lamps.
The current roommate is also looking to sell the room furnishings for $250, including:
Window A/C unit
Bed + frame
Wire clothing rack
Dresser
Desk
Comfy chair
2 decorative lamps
We can also provide an overhead shelving unit if you’re interested.

About Us
We’re three women in our 20s and 30s who met through church. Our household includes a teaching artist, a construction project manager, and a student. We share a Christian faith and are looking for another female roommate who values living peacefully and respectfully with others.
Our home is generally quiet and relaxed. We each have our own schedules, but often catch up in the kitchen or invite one another to activities. You’ll occasionally hear worship music or prayer around the apartment.

House Expectations

No overnight boyfriends, dates, or partners
We occasionally have friends over, but our home is primarily a peaceful place to rest and recharge. We’d also love to host Bible studies from time to time.

Ages 22–42
Someone who is respectful, clean, communicative, and interested in committing to a lease (with preference given to those looking for a longer-term home).
