Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, gym, outdoor pool, landscaped rooftop, parking garage, and package room. There's also one month free on a 12-month lease.

I'm taking the master. The two rooms available are the true bedroom (around $2,273/month net) and the flex (around $2,236/month net).

About me: I'm 28, originally from Chicago, moving to NYC for a job in financial services. I'm in office 3-5 days a week, quiet, clean, and don't cook much. Outside of work I'm into the gym, golf, pool, BJJ, and reading.
