Hi!

We are looking for a third person to join our 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment lease in SVEN starting in July. Our lease is up for renewal on 7/16 and we are looking for a replacement roommate who will renew the lease with.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one other tenant.

About the Unit:
- Shared with 2 other guys in 20s
- In-unit laundry/dryer
- Full kitchen, including microwave and dishwasher and comes with all silverware, pans, pots, lots of storage space.
- Beautiful city view with lots of natural light and windows that can be tinted
- Current lease expires in mid-July 2026 (hence the 12-month renewal)

The building is SVEN and located in Long Island City. Feel free to check out the building and the amenities online: huge gym area/pool/game room/cinema room/golf simulator/library.

The deadline to sign the renewal offer is sometime in early-mid May. A move in before 7/16 is most likely possible, so happy to discuss. We think the renewal offer will be slightly higher than our current rate, so we estimate the rent for the room to be $2300/month. This is the room on the left side of the floor plan.
