Hi! My roommate is moving out of our 2B2B apartment, and I’m looking for a new roommate to take over her room. I’ve lived here for almost two years now, and would love to find someone to renew/resign the lease with me asap.

I am looking for a female roommate who is clean, communicative, and responsible. Preferably someone who doesn’t frequently bring the party home, and someone who doesn’t smoke.

Costs:
* Rent + amenities fee: $3200/mo
* Utilities + WiFi: ~$100/mo (on average)
* Security deposit or guarantor fee (depends on what the building asks from us)

* <5 min walk to the N, W, 7, E, R, and F (weekdays) trains
* <10 min walk to the M (weekdays), F (weekends), and G trains
