Hi there! I'm looking for a female roommate to take over a 120 sqft bedroom in a 2br / 1ba in LIC, Queens starting as soon as mid to late May. Rent is $2,100 per month and we'd split utilities (electric and wifi). The apartment is fully furnished (including the vacant bedroom) and very bright (N/S/E/W-facing windows).

Nearby public transit includes the 7/N/W (3 minutes), E/F/R (5 minutes), G (10 minutes).

There's a Planet Fitness a ~5 minute walk away and plenty of food and supermarkets 3 blocks south. The area is safe, and quiet at night - mostly young professionals and families in the area. Close to a school so more student commuters in the morning.

About me: Early 20s, full-time professional (~50-80 hrs a week </3). Clean but not obsessive, respectful & communicative, and I value a calm but warm and friendly home

my vices are that I like to play video games and can yell a bit >:-)

I'm looking for someone who's responsible and emotionally + financially stable + doesn't do drugs or smoke. Not a party apartment, but friends / partners visiting occasionally is totally fine. Would love to be friends but happy to draw the line at amicable roomies too :-)
