Room Available - Prime LIC Location

My roommate and l are renewing our lease this month and are looking for one roommate to replace someone who is moving out. The move-in date would be May 15. Our apartment is called the Alta+ building in queens plaza if you'd like to see additional photos on their website.

The available room is Bedroom B (85 sq ft), which is the smallest room, so it's the most affordable. We split rent fairly based on square footage, and the cost should be around ~$1,750/month (final number confirmed once the new lease is signed).

Bedroom sizes:
• Bedroom A - 99 sq ft
• Bedroom B — 85 sq ft (available)
• Bedroom C - 162 sq ft
Location: Long Island City - right on Queens Plaza
• ~1 min walk to E / R/F
• ~7 min walk to N/ W and 7

Bedroom B and A share a bathroom, so we're looking for someone clean and respectful of shared spaces.
We also have a bi-weekly cleaning service for the shared bathroom and we split remaining chores.
