Looking for roommate, modern LIC apt (2 bd,2 bath)

My roommates (a couple and their 2 cats) are moving out, and I’m looking for someone (or a couple) to take the master bedroom (with connected bathroom) for $2,800/month (your share of rent). Utilities average $50/month pp.

Location: 2 Jackson Park (2830 Jackson Ave, Long Island City)

Desired move-in: 6/1/26 with option to renew for 1 year (lease ends 7/31/26).

Looking for a considerate and responsible roommate who keeps common areas clean and tidy, and isn't into throwing frequent parties or having large gatherings at the apartment. Liberal or progressive politics are preferable.

APARTMENT
- In-Unit Laundry
- Window walls (really nice views and natural light). Windows block out loud subway noise (still audible, but more background noise).
- Heating and cooling units per room
- Building: Mail and package room, 24/7 front desk, rooftop lounge (great views), lounge area on Lobby floor, very responsive building staff, modern building (I haven’t seen any bugs or rats!)

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
- Gym/Amenities Building (in separate building in Jackson Park complex) is optional and costs $120/month. Has fitness center, indoor and rooftop pools, bball court, etc.
- Parking lot spaces and storage room units available for additional charge.

NEIGHBORHOOD: LONG ISLAND CITY
- Trains: Couple steps from Queens Plaza station (E, R, F) entrance. Queensboro Plaza station (7, N, W) is 2 blocks away. Court Square station (7, E, G) is 7 minutes away.
- Grocery: City Acres grocery store right across the street and 10-minute walk to Trader Joe’s
