Hi! I’m Claudia, 26 (turning 27 soon), and I’ve been living in NYC since 2022, previously in East Village and East Williamsburg, currently in LIC.

I’m open to two possibilities:

1. Filling a bedroom in my current LIC luxury building

OR

2. Finding a room in another apartment that feels like a good fit

🏡 THE APARTMENT

The available bedroom is very spacious and comfortably fits a queen bed, desk, and dressers. It includes a large closet and can come furnished with an optional bed if needed.

The large bedroom is $2,000/month (roughly 15 x 8 ft), and I’m also open to offering the smaller bedroom for $1,800/month (roughly 10 x 8 ft) if that layout is preferred.

There is an optional $75/month amenities package that includes access to the pool, gym, yoga studio, golf simulator, rooftops, coworking space, and game room.

I’m very tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and value a calm and clean home environment. I’m happy with either a friendly roommate dynamic where we occasionally hang out, or a peaceful coexistence situation.

I appreciate clear communication, privacy, and mutual respect. I rarely bring large groups home and am mindful about noise.
