Looking for someone to take over my lease at Jackson Park. It's a very nice apartment and I've loved living here for the last few years. Apartments in this complex get snatched up super quick and people often apply online sight unseen. My partner and I are moving, so putting this apartment up for lease takeover. Jackson Park is one of the few with the best mix of ensuite laundry, price, view, layout, rent stabilization, and other good factors all around.
