Looking for someone to take over my room in a beautiful rent-stabilized Long Island City apartment starting April 1. The lease runs through February 1 with the option to renew. An application will be submitted through building management.

I truly love this apartment and my flatmates ♥️ — only moving because I’m moving in with my boyfriend 🙂
