Available from January to June 29th.

Total monthly cost is 2250, that’s including access to the amazing amenities. Con ed bill on top of this is split with other roomate and around $50 each. The other roomate is female at in her 30s. Very kind, quiet, tidy girl who works in person in the city most days 💚 clean shared bathroom with her also.
You will see in the pictures that the bed is a Murphy bed and pulls down into a couch. In the room, there are two very large wardrobes. Everything that will be left in the room is free for you to use and enjoy your stay!

Rent & Move-In Costs
• Monthly rent: $2250
• One month security deposit required
• First month’s rent due before move-in
• $20 background/credit check fee required to proceed

Important Terms :)

• No parties, no smoking
• Single occupancy only
• Subletter is responsible for keeping the room in good condition
• Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit
• Security deposit returned after move-out once room is inspected :)
