Looking for someone to take over my position on a lease for a 3 bed 1 bath apartment in LIC Queens!
-Great location right near 2 train stations and only a short walk to court square.
-Rent is only 934 a month per person, and the landlord pays utilities!
-You'd be living with my current 2 roommates, both of which are very lovely people who I've never had any issues with.
-Looking for someone who is either queer or an ally.
-Lease ends in February, but can easily be renewed!
