I’m a 31 year old UX Designer and my other roommate is a lawyer. We both work in person. The shared spaces in the apartment are furnished, and my old roommate is selling their bedroom furniture. We share chore responsibilities and have a flexible guest policy as long as you’re respectful of the space. The room comes with an AC unit and walk in closet and gets lots of natural light!
