Looking for someone to take over the rest of my sublease up until 30th of June 2026. At this time, you will be able to resign to stay if you wish.

The apartment itself is a two bedroom, one bathroom. On the 5th floor of a walk-up prewar building located in-between Queens Plaza and Queensboro bridge Subway stations on 29th Street in Long Island City. A great location to get to anywhere in NYC.

The room and apartment have great natural light, combined with he tall ceilings its a very nice room. I would be happy to answer any specific questions you may have. Please reach out.
