We’re looking for a respectful young professional to move in starting May 1, 2026.

The available bedroom (#2 on the floor plan) does not have a private bathroom, so you’d be sharing the bathroom with the male roommate. He’s in his early 30s, a working professional, and usually out the door by around 5:30 a. m. Monday–Friday.

I’m F, early 30's, friendly, easygoing, and have a small hypoallergenic dog who is very clean and usually with me.

We both work in Manhattan and enjoy hanging out occasionally, but also have our own life and friend group—we’re looking for a roommate who’s chill, considerate, and down to hang sometimes but also has their own priorities.

Apartment details:
- One available bedroom with a shared bathroom
- Washer & dryer in-unit (plus paid laundry downstairs if needed)
- Option to add amenities (~$120/month), including basketball court, luxury gym, rooftop pool, indoor pool, and several workspaces
- Optional parking garage on-site
- Complimentary courtyard-style park & dog park with BBQ grills

Location:
Super close to the E, M, R (Queens Plaza) and 7 Train (Queensboro/Court Square) — very convenient for commuting into Manhattan.

Requirements:
- Non-refundable application fee/deposit: $500 (covers credit check, income verification, and renters insurance)
- First month’s rent: $2,100
- 5-month minimum commitment (lease ends 10/1, with opportunity to renew)
